Job Summary
Areve Finbux is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Coordinator to support daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations, maintain records, coordinate with various departments, and provide administrative support to the sales and client servicing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update client records and documentation.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and management teams.
- Prepare reports, MIS, and data entries accurately.
- Manage client onboarding and documentation processes.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and internal communications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support day-to-day office administration activities.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Experience in financial services or administration is preferred.
Experience 0–3 years
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
