Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager – Sales Consulting to lead consulting assignments, drive business growth initiatives, and work directly with business owners, CXOs, and leadership teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, consulting expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to execute growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead consulting projects focused on Sales, Strategy, Marketing, and Business Growth.
- Understand client challenges and recommend practical business solutions.
- Design and implement business growth strategies for clients.
- Manage consulting assignments to ensure project milestones and KPIs are achieved.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Directors, CXOs, and key stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor consulting teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Conduct market research, business analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
- Identify business improvement opportunities and implement actionable recommendations.
- Present reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications:
- MBA, BBA, or any Bachelor's Degree.
- 6–8 years of experience in Sales, Business Consulting, Sales Strategy, Outbound Sales, Channel Sales, or Management Consulting.
- Experience working with leadership teams or CXO-level stakeholders will be preferred.
