Job Responsibilities
- Handle hotel construction and renovation work.
- Supervise civil site activities and contractors.
- Ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
- Check quality of civil and finishing work.
- Coordinate with architects, vendors, and project teams.
- Prepare site reports and material requirements.
- Ensure safety and maintenance standards are followed.
- Manage repair and maintenance work in hotel properties.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of civil construction and interior work.
- Good communication and team handling skills.
- Ability to manage vendors and site activities.
- Experience in hotel or commercial projects preferred.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
