- Bill Preparation: Draft running account (RA) bills, client bills, and final project bills.
- Site Measurement Verification: Check site work against construction drawings, specifications, and Measurement Books (MB).
- Reconciliation: Match material consumption data with executed work quantities.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and the accounts department to track approvals and clear payment statuses.
- Variation Management: Prepare extra item statements and track quantity variations against the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
