6 days work week ( 5 days from Office +1 day WFH)

Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement Conversion:
- Proactively connect with warm leads who have interacted with Elevate Now.
- Clearly explain how the Unlock Plan diagnoses weight loss barriers.
- Address objections and build trust to help users make an informed decision.
Sales Closure:
- Guide leads towards completing their payment via our secure online portal.
- Follow up with undecided prospects and assist them in completing transactions.
Follow-Up Nurturing:
- Re-engage prospects who have shown interest but haven’t purchased.
- Identify and overcome common objections to improve conversion rates.
Tracking Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and sales progress in the CRM.
- Provide daily updates on lead status, conversions, and sales performance.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to share lead insights and feedback.
- Align on campaign strategies, promotions, and messaging to improve lead quality

Requirements
✅ Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in sales (tele-sales, online sales, or WhatsApp selling preferred).
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree (sales/marketing background is a plus).
✅ Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, objection handling, and persuasion skills.
✅ Communication: Excellent spoken written English (regional language proficiency is a plus).
✅ Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and online payment systems.
✅ Availability: Ability to work 6 days a week with flexible hours and should have their own devices.
We are seeking high-energy and results-driven Sales Executives to sell our flagship diagnostic plan – Unlock, designed to help individuals identify the root causes of their weight loss challenges through advanced diagnostic testing and expert medical guidance.
Your primary responsibility will be to convert warm leads who have shown interest but haven’t completed payment. You’ll engage with potential customers primarily via phone calls, with WhatsApp as a support channel, to understand their concerns, highlight the benefits of Unlock, and drive successful transactions.
Once the sale is completed, you will seamlessly handover the client to our medical and coaching teams for their journey ahead.
