Job Title: Nursing Superintendent
Location: Jabalapur Madhya Pradesh
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Nursing Superintendent to lead and supervise nursing operations in compliance with NABH standards. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality patient care, nursing administration, staff management, infection control practices, and implementation of hospital policies and protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all nursing staff and nursing services within the hospital.
- Ensure implementation and maintenance of NABH accreditation standards.
- Develop nursing protocols, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor patient care quality and ensure patient safety standards are followed.
- Coordinate with doctors, departments, and hospital management for smooth operations.
- Conduct nursing audits, training programs, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure proper staffing, duty rosters, and discipline among nursing personnel.
- Maintain compliance with infection control and quality assurance guidelines.
- Handle patient grievances related to nursing care professionally.
- Participate in hospital quality improvement initiatives and NABH inspections.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age between 40–45 years.
- B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Minimum 10–15 years of hospital experience with at least 5 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
- Experience in NABH accredited hospitals is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, and administrative skills.

- Knowledge of NABH documentation and audit processes.
- Excellent team management and decision-making abilities.
- Strong understanding of patient care standards and hospital operations.
- Computer proficiency and hospital management system knowledge.
Salary
- As per industry standards and experience.
