We are a pharmacy franchise company expanding across South India and hiring an Area Channel Manager for Vijayawada. You will be the face of our franchise expansion in Andhra Pradesh — recruiting partners, launching stores, and building a self-sustaining network across Krishna and Guntur districts.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Franchise lead generation through field activity, referrals, and local networking
- Presenting the franchise model to prospective business partners across Vijayawada and surrounding areas
- Closing franchise registrations and managing the partner onboarding pipeline
- Identifying commercially strong locations for new franchise store launches
- Coordinating with FDMs and internal teams for end-to-end store setup
- Ensuring new stores are stocked, activated, and hitting initial business targets
- Providing ongoing support and performance reviews for newly launched franchise partners
Who We Want
- A field sales professional with 4–8 years of experience
- Sector background in Pharma, FMCG, Retail, Distribution, or Franchise development
- Track record of building or managing a dealer, distributor, or franchise network
- Thorough understanding of Vijayawada, Guntur, or Krishna district market
- Telugu fluency is essential
Package: ₹4 – ₹6 LPA fixed + performance-linked monthly incentives
