Job Responsibilities:
Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute region-wise business plans to acquire teachers, students, and institutional partners
Sales Leadership: Meet monthly/quarterly targets for teacher onboarding, student enrollments, and revenue
Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and education consultants
Team Management: Hire, train, and mentor a team of Business Development Executives and Education Counselors
Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities, analyze competitors, and create go-to-market plans
Brand Representation: Conduct seminars, webinars, and offline events to position TheMentR in the education ecosystem
CRM & Reporting: Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and share weekly performance reports with leadership
Customer Success: Ensure smooth onboarding and retention of teachers and students on the platform
Requirements:
Any Bachelor’s/MBA in Sales, Marketing.
2+ years in B2B/B2C sales with 1+ year in a team lead.
- Experience in Ed-tech, education, or service industry preferred
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Target-driven with proven track record of exceeding sales goals
- Proficiency MS Excel and data analysis
- Willing to travel for field visits and meetings
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
