About the Role
Zenith Sanitation is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to support our sales and service operations. The role involves handling customer enquiries, following up on quotations, coordinating service requests, maintaining customer records, and ensuring timely communication with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries
- Follow up on quotations and pending requirements
- Coordinate service requests and customer complaints
- Communicate with builders, contractors, plumbers, and homeowners
- Maintain and update CRM records
- Collect customer feedback and reviews
- Assist the sales team in lead follow-up activities
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp)
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Previous telecalling, customer service, or sales support experience is preferred
