Job Title: Quality Checker / Inspector

Job Description:
We are looking for a Quality Checker / Inspector to inspect aluminium die casting parts coming out of the machine. The candidate will stand at a table and carefully check every single piece to ensure the parts meet the company's quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carefully inspect every part coming out of the machine while standing at the table
- Identify and separate defective/rejected parts
- Meet quality targets
- Meet production targets
- Report to the supervisor if any major issue is found
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a factory/manufacturing unit preferred (not mandatory)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand and work for long hours
Shift: Day Shift
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
Benefits:
- Overtime will be paid separately
- Scope for salary increase with experience

हमें एक क्वालिटी चेकर / इंस्पेक्टर की आवश्यकता है, जो मशीन से निकलने वाले एल्युमिनियम डाई कास्टिंग पार्ट्स की जांच करेगा। उम्मीदवार को टेबल पर खड़े होकर हर एक पीस को ध्यान से चेक करना होगा और यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि पार्ट्स कंपनी के क्वालिटी स्टैंडर्ड के अनुसार सही हैं।
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां:
- मशीन से निकलने वाले हर पार्ट को टेबल पर खड़े होकर बारीकी से चेक करना
- खराब/डिफेक्टिव पार्ट्स को पहचान कर अलग करना
- क्वालिटी टारगेट को पूरा करना
- प्रोडक्शन टारगेट को पूरा करना
- सुपरवाइज़र को रिपोर्ट देना अगर कोई बड़ी समस्या दिखे
योग्यता:
- पहले किसी फैक्ट्री/मैन्युफैक्चरिंग यूनिट में काम का अनुभव हो तो बेहतर (जरूरी नहीं)
- ध्यान से काम करने की क्षमता (Attention to detail)
- लंबे समय तक खड़े होकर काम करने में सक्षम
शिफ्ट: डे शिफ्ट (Day Shift)
सैलरी: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 प्रति माह (अनुभव के आधार पर)
