Job Description – Project Manager (ELV)Position
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager – ELV to oversee the execution and delivery of ELV (Extra Low Voltage) projects. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in managing ELV projects, including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Fire Alarm, Public Address (PA), Intercom, Gate Barrier, and other security systems. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and completing projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage ELV projects from initiation to final handover.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare project schedules, manpower plans, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved as per the approved timeline.
- Supervise site engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Ensure all installations comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Manage project documentation, including drawings, RFIs, material approvals, inspection requests, and handover documents.
- Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely availability of materials at site.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Attend client meetings and provide project updates.
- Manage project budgets, variations, and cost control.
- Ensure successful project testing, commissioning, and client handover.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Engineer in ELV projects
