British Youth International College (BYITC) is a UK-based educational institution dedicated to providing premium learning programs to children aged 4–14 years worldwide. We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team.
Role: Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and manage B2B partnerships with educational institutions.
· Promote and sell BYITC's educational programs to schools, colleges, preschools, tuition centres, and other educational organizations.
· Identify and onboard new franchise partners to expand the organization's presence.
· Drive business expansion initiatives within the education sector.
· Generate revenue growth and contribute to achieving organizational objectives.
· Meet enrolment targets and other assigned business goals.
· Plan and execute effective marketing and promotional strategies.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing partners.
Requirements
· 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the education industry.
· Proven experience in B2B sales and partnership development.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to identify growth opportunities and drive business expansion.
· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
· Experience in franchise development will be an added advantage.
· Candidates with a strong B2B sales background will be given preference.
