Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Recruiter who can support the hiring process by sourcing suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining regular communication with candidates until the joining process. The role will mainly focus on candidate follow-ups, interview scheduling, and ensuring a smooth coordination flow between candidates and the internal HR team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand basic job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Contact candidates, explain job details, and check their interest and availability.
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with the concerned team.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with selected candidates regarding joining date and pre-joining formalities.
- Ensure regular communication with candidates until they join.
- Share candidate updates with the Senior HR for further process handling.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers can apply).
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple candidates.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment process and job portals.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
