*Role Summary:*
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in renewable energy, infrastructure, and large-scale project execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project lifecycle activities, including planning, procurement, execution, stakeholder management, regulatory compliance, and project delivery. The candidate should possess excellent leadership, coordination, and project governance skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Lead and manage utility-scale renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, and infrastructure developments, from conception through commissioning.
* Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation plans.
* Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants, vendors, DISCOMs, government authorities, and regulatory agencies to secure approvals and ensure project compliance.
* Oversee project execution activities, including land acquisition coordination, civil works, electrical installation, procurement, testing, and commissioning.
* Monitor project progress, milestones, resource utilization, and contractor performance to ensure timely delivery.
* Manage procurement activities, contract administration, vendor negotiations, and supply chain operations to optimize project costs and timelines.
* Conduct regular project reviews and prepare progress reports for senior management and stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, safety, and quality standards throughout project execution.
* Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize impact on project objectives.
* Lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across engineering, procurement, construction, and operations functions.
* Support project documentation, governance processes, and performance tracking through effective reporting systems.

*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, Civil, or related discipline).
* 8+ years of experience in project management, renewable energy, infrastructure, telecom, or related industries.
* Experience managing utility-scale solar, wind, transmission, or infrastructure projects.
* Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, procurement processes, and regulatory frameworks.

Pay: ₹622,584.67 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
