Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems. The ideal candidate should possess excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel and other data management tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and software systems.
- Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
- Review and correct data discrepancies and errors.
- Generate reports and maintain records as required.
- Organize, scan, and file documents systematically.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to obtain missing or updated information.
- Perform regular data backups and maintain digital records.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of database management.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Data Entry, MIS, or Administrative roles.
- Knowledge of VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic Excel formulas will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
