Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for events, branding, advertising, and activation projects
- Develop strong relationships with corporate clients, brands, institutions, and government departments
- Pitch agency services to prospective clients through presentations, meetings, and proposals
- Convert leads into long-term business partnerships
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
- Create customized solutions for clients based on project requirements
- Prepare quotations, budgets, proposals, and commercial documents
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
Event & Advertising Coordination
- Understand client briefs and coordinate internally with creative, production, media, and event teams
- Assist in conceptualizing campaigns, events, activations, exhibitions, and promotional strategies
- Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, partners, and collaborators
- Ensure smooth execution of projects from onboarding to completion
Market Research & Strategy
- Research market trends in events, advertising, entertainment, luxury, and experiential marketing
- Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities
- Track competitor activities and emerging industry trends
- Suggest innovative growth strategies and business expansion ideas
Branding & Networking
- Represent the agency at networking events, exhibitions, business forums, and cultural gatherings
- Build strategic partnerships with hotels, venues, artists, influencers, media houses, and brands
- Develop and maintain a strong professional network
Digital & Communication Support
- Support social media outreach and lead-generation campaigns
- Coordinate email marketing and client communication
- Maintain CRM/database of clients and leads
- Prepare business reports and performance updates
Candidate RequirementsPreferred Skills

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Advertising, Event Management, or related field
- MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory
Experience
- 1–5 years in Business Development, Sales, Events, Advertising, Media, PR, or Marketing
- Freshers with exceptional communication and networking skills may also apply
Software & Tools
- MS Office / Google Workspace
- PowerPoint & proposal drafting
- CRM tools (preferred)
- Social media understanding is an added advantage
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
