Career Campus is seeking a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide students in choosing the right career path and educational programs. The candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, counselling prospective students, and supporting the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures
- Handle Phone calls, and online leads professionally
- Explain course features, benefits, and career prospects clearly
- Follow up with prospective students for admissions and conversions
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions data
- Coordinate with the marketing and admissions team
- Assist students throughout the enrolment process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Strong counselling and interpersonal skills
- Ability to convince and guide students effectively
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills
- Positive attitude and professional behaviour
- Experience in educational counselling or admissions is preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
