Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to support our client engagement and lead qualification process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills, and will play a key role in handling client interactions and assisting the consulting team in driving conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client enquiries via chat, email, and WhatsApp in a professional and timely manner
- Make cold calls to potential clients and generate interest in services
- Understand client requirements and resolve basic queries related to business setup and services
- Clearly explain product/service offerings to prospective and existing clients
- Qualify leads and coordinate meetings between clients and senior consultants
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and lead status
- Assist consultants with initial client communication and coordination
- Ensure high standards of client satisfaction and communication quality
- Follow up with clients as per defined processes and timelines
Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills
- Hindi language proficiency is an added advantage
- Freshers can also apply
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in email communication, WhatsApp handling, and MS Office
- Ability to manage multiple client interactions efficiently
- Basic understanding of sales/presales processes is preferred
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
