Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to manage existing key accounts while driving new business acquisition across Delhi/NCR. The role requires strong client relationship management, consultative selling skills, and the ability to generate revenue through corporate gifting and promotional merchandise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- Manage and grow assigned existing client accounts.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable gifting and branding solutions.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, quotations, order execution, and client servicing.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities across Delhi/NCR through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Convert leads into long-term business relationships.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with design, sourcing, operations, and accounts teams for seamless project execution.
- Ensure timely delivery of samples, quotations, and order updates to clients.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve concerns proactively.
Market Intelligence
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with management.
- Recommend new products and business opportunities based on market demand.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B Sales and Business Development
- Strong network and business development experience in Delhi/NCR.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and business opportunities simultaneously.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
