Responsibilities:
- Assist the Business Development Manager (BDM) in planning and executing marketing and outreach activities.
- Visit colleges, schools, and educational institutions along with the BDM as a team for branding, seminars, and lead generation.
- Conduct presentations, counseling sessions, and awareness programs to promote courses and services.
- Identify potential students and collect leads during campus visits.
- Coordinate with academic teams for scheduling seminars and marketing activities.
- Support in organizing events, campaigns, workshops, and promotional drives.
- Maintain daily reports of field visits, leads generated, and follow-up actions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institution coordinators and stakeholders.
- Assist in executing marketing strategies, social media promotions, and outreach plans.
- Work closely with the marketing and admission teams to convert leads into enrollments.
Requirements:
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and campus activities.
- Ability to work as part of a team with BDM and other marketing staff.
- Basic knowledge of marketing and student engagement.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
