About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Principal for our MBA program who will lead academic excellence, institutional growth, and student success. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, academic experience, and a passion for shaping future business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the MBA program
- Ensure compliance with university, AICTE, and regulatory norms
- Oversee academic planning, curriculum development, and quality assurance
- Lead faculty recruitment, development, and performance management
- Foster industry partnerships, internships, and placement opportunities
- Promote research, innovation, and entrepreneurship initiatives
- Manage day-to-day academic and administrative operations
- Represent the institution in academic, corporate, and public forums
- Drive admissions, branding, and institutional growth strategies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Ph.D. in Management (Mandatory as per norms)
- Minimum 10 of teaching/academic experience, with leadership role preferred
- Strong knowledge of AICTE/UGC regulations
- Proven experience in academic administration and team management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
Preferred Skills:
- Industry exposure or corporate experience
- Strong networking with industry and academic bodies
- Ability to drive innovation and institutional development
