JMG Buildcon LLP, an Authorized Havells Showroom based in Sector 32, Noida, is looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager to lead showroom and field sales operations. The candidate will own revenue targets, manage a team of sales executives, and drive channel development across Noida and Greater Noida.
Sales Targets - Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets across Havells product categories Team Leadership - Lead, train, and motivate a team of showroom and field sales
Customer Relations - Build and nurture relationships with architects, contractors, electricians, and retail walk-ins
Channel Development- Identify and onboard new dealers, sub-dealers, and project clients in Noida/Greater Noida
Inventory & Display - Coordinate with inventory team to maintain stock of fast-moving SKUs; maintain brand-compliant displays
Reporting - Submit weekly sales, footfall, and conversion reports to management Promotions - Execute company schemes, seasonal promotions, and local marketing activities
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
