We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to manage inbound customer queries through our toll-free helpline. The ideal candidate will be proficient in at least one of the listed regional languages and provide excellent customer service across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls via a toll-free number.Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.Maintain and update customer information and queries in the system. Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when necessary.Ensure adherence to customer service quality standards.Required Language Proficiency: Candidate must be fluent in English or Hindi or at least one of the following regional languages:Tamil Telugu Malayalam Kannada(We specifically require one person who has strong proficiency in any one of these languages.)
Qualifications Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer support (preferred).Strong communication and listening skills.Ability to handle high call volumes professionally.Basic computer knowledge
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
