Assistant Professor – Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)
About the Position
We are looking for passionate and knowledgeable Assistant Professors to join our academic team and contribute to the learning and development of students enrolled in our B.Tech and BCA programs. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, effective teaching abilities, and a commitment to academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in the assigned subjects.
- Develop lesson plans, course materials, assignments, and examinations in accordance with the curriculum.
- Mentor and guide students in academic projects, research activities, internships, and career development.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to support learning outcomes.
- Participate in departmental activities, academic planning, and curriculum enhancement initiatives.
- Assist in laboratory management, project supervision, and other academic coordination responsibilities.
Preferred Experience
- 1–5 years of teaching experience in higher education institutions (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience in handling laboratory sessions, student projects, and academic administration.
- Familiarity with outcome-based education and modern teaching methodologies will be an added advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree (M.Tech, M.E., MCA) or Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Strong academic background with excellent subject knowledge.
- Effective communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Prior teaching experience in B.Tech and/or BCA programs will be preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

- Jalandhar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
