- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system performance and reliability through innovative problem-solving.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding of system operations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Global Trade Services.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues within business-critical systems.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level software applications with a focus on trade and compliance processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of software components.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities to deliver timely and effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
