Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Job Description:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the outlet, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth daily operations, and achievement of sales and profitability targets. The role includes managing staff, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, controlling inventory and costs, handling customer concerns, ensuring policy compliance, and creating a positive dining experience while leading the team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor sales, expenses, and inventory.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, HR, and accounts for smooth operations.
- Drive sales growth and achieve business targets.
Reporting To: Operations Manager / Regional Manager
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
