POSITIONS OVERVIEW:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Nursing Tutor/ Nursing Lecturer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment, planning and delivering engaging lessons, and ensuring the academic and personal growth of students.
QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS:
M.Sc. Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing (as per INC/GNC norms).
Relevant teaching or clinical experience preferred.
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver classroom and clinical teaching to GNM/B.Sc. Nursing students.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
Conduct practical demonstrations and clinical supervision.
Evaluate student performance and maintain academic records.
Mentor and guide students in academic and clinical activities.
Participate in institutional, academic, and extracurricular activities.
Ensure compliance with INC/GNC norms and standards.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED :
Strong knowledge of Nursing Foundations, Medical-Surgical Nursing, Community Health Nursing, Child Health Nursing, and Mental Health Nursing.
Understanding of nursing education principles and teaching methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to guide students in clinical practice and research activities.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, online teaching tools).
Knowledge of INC/GNC regulations and curriculum.
