Digital Marketing Executive – Performance Marketing

About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, analytical, and creative digital marketing executive specializing in performance marketing to plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with numbers, performance marketing formulas, campaign analytics, and logical problem-solving. You will work closely with strategy, content, and design teams to drive measurable business outcomes, including leads, pipeline growth, and revenue generation.
Candidates with prior experience handling US/UK market campaigns will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Build keyword lists, audience targeting, ad copy briefs, and creative briefs aligned with campaign goals.
- Coordinate conversion tracking, UTM setup, pixels, and tag implementation with analytics teams.
- Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, and delivery efficiency.
Performance Optimization & Analysis
- Analyze and optimize campaigns on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Improve performance across:
- CTR
- CPC
- CPM
- CPA
- CPL
- CAC
- ROAS
- ROI
- Conversion Rate
- Conduct A/B testing for:
- Ad creatives
- Ad copy
- Landing pages
- Audience segments
- Identify scaling opportunities, budget reallocation strategies, and performance bottlenecks.
Reporting & Insights
- Prepare clean and insightful weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Translate campaign data into actionable recommendations.
- Forecast performance trends and budget utilization based on historical data.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Analytical & Quantitative Skills
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and formulas.
- Ability to perform quick calculations involving percentages, ratios, growth rates, and budget allocations.
- Strong logical reasoning and data interpretation skills.
Platform Knowledge
Hands-on experience or working knowledge of:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager
- UTM tracking and attribution basics
Excel / Google Sheets
Comfortable working with:
- Pivot Tables
- Filters & Sorting

- IF / IFERROR formulas
Communication Skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to explain campaign performance and insights clearly to clients and stakeholders.
Good to Have
- Experience working on B2B SaaS, D2C, e-commerce, or lead generation accounts.
- Exposure to US/UK market campaigns.
- Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, or CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for ideation and analysis workflows.
