Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and guest-focused Guest Service Associate (GSA) to join our Front Office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Provide information about hotel facilities and services.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain guest records and process reservations.
- Answer telephone calls and assist with guest requests.
Minimum Qualification
- Diploma or Graduation in Hotel Management or any relevant discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
