Life Skills Trainer:
This is an outstation job and would require relocation to work in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh

What You’ll Do:
Engage & Educate: Conduct interactive life skills sessions for students in grades 1 to 12, focusing on communication, emotional intelligence, problem-solving, and decision-making.
Innovate & Adapt: Design and deliver creative, engaging lesson plans that resonate with young minds.
Learn & Grow: Stay open to feedback, continuously upgrade your skills, and be willing to unlearn and relearn.
Impact & Inspire: Build strong relationships with students, making a real difference in their confidence and abilities.
Commit & Collaborate: Work closely with school communities, adapting to diverse environments and cultural contexts.
What We’re Looking For:
A graduate or postgraduate degree in any field (education, psychology, english, or social sciences is a plus).
Fluency in English
A growth mindset—willing to learn, experiment, and evolve.
Passion for working with children and shaping young minds.
Adaptability—open to working in remote areas of Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, and Maharashtra.
A minimum commitment of 1 year (because real change takes time).
