Roles & Responsibilities – Digital Marketing Executive

The Digital Marketing Executive shall assist the Company in marketing, branding, lead generation, and online business development activities related to travel, tourism, visa consultancy, hotel bookings, and international travel services.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business.
- Create and publish engaging digital content including travel packages, reels, promotional creatives, blogs, captions, and advertisements.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns for holiday packages, visa services, flights, hotels, and international travel services.
- Generate and manage leads through social media marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, and online promotions.
- Coordinate with customers through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms for inquiries and follow-ups.
- Support branding and promotional activities for Jumbodeal Holidays LLP across digital platforms.
- Assist in website management, content updates, SEO optimization, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain and update customer databases, marketing reports, inquiry records, and campaign analytics.
- Conduct market research on travel trends, competitors, tourism products, and customer preferences.
- Assist in creating travel itineraries, package promotions, and marketing materials for domestic and international destinations.
- Coordinate with vendors, influencers, travel partners, and international agents for promotional collaborations.
- Monitor online reviews, customer feedback, and engagement to improve customer experience and brand visibility.
- Support business development initiatives and contribute ideas for increasing online sales and customer engagement.
- Assist in handling online campaigns during flexible hours based on international client requirements and project needs.
- Ensure compliance with company branding guidelines, confidentiality standards, and professional communication practices.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
