As our Content Creator, you will be the visual voice of Maat Hotels. You won't just take pictures; you will create "FOMO" (Fear Of Missing Out) by capturing the soul of our properties, the taste of our local cuisine, and the authentic smiles of our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Visual Storytelling: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) and photography highlighting our resorts’ unique features.
- Social Media Management: Stay ahead of viral trends and platform updates to keep our Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook pages engaging.
- On-Site Coverage: Travel to our various locations to capture "live" guest experiences, drone footage, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Copywriting: Craft engaging captions and basic blog content that aligns with our brand voice- welcoming, adventurous, and serene.
- Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to execute themed campaigns for peak travel seasons and special events.
What We’re Looking For
- Portfolio: Proven experience in travel, lifestyle, or hospitality content creation (please include links to your work or social handles).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in mobile or DSLR cinematography and editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, or Canva).
- Creative Eye: Ability to find the "aesthetic" in every corner, from a cup of Kerala tea to a misty mountain sunrise.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently between our Kerala properties.
- Language: Fluency in English and Malayalam is highly preferred to connect with both local staff and international guests.
