The key responsibilities of this role include overseeing the preparation and validation of BOQs for specialized works, driving the tendering process from invitation to evaluation, and ensuring comprehensive cross-verification and approval of comparative statements for management decision-making.
- Minimum 12–15 years’ experience in contracts management within the construction or real estate sector.
- Expertise in finalizing civil, finishing, MEP, and infrastructure contracts.
- Strong proficiency in SAP, ERP (Farvision preferred) and MS Excel & PowerPoint.
- Skilled in contract drafting, negotiation, and vendor management.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Oversee the tendering and contracting process for specialized works in Residential and Commercial projects.
- Review and approve contract documents, BOQs, and comparison statements for accuracy and compliance.
- Lead vendor development, negotiations, and contract finalization in coordination with senior management.
- Ensure timely settlement of claims and maintain effective vendor relations.
- Apply Value Engineering to optimize cost, quality, and timelines.
- Conduct site visits and review contractual and operational performance.
- Monitor vendor performance through KPIs and present periodic MIS reports to management.
- Guide and mentor the contracts team for improved efficiency and collaboration.
- Coordinate with design and site teams for finalizing tender documents and work orders in ERP (Farvision).
