We are looking for an energetic and proactive Sales Field Rider to join our scaffolding business in Mumbai. The role involves traveling across different construction sites, industrial areas, and commercial zones to identify potential clients, establish initial contact, and generate leads for the office sales team.
The candidate will act as the first point of contact for prospective customers and help expand the company’s client network in the construction and infrastructure sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit construction sites, builders’ offices, contractors, warehouses, and industrial areas across Mumbai.
- Identify and approach potential clients requiring scaffolding material or rental services.
- Introduce the company’s products and services to prospective customers.
- Collect client details, project requirements, and contact information.
- Coordinate and forward qualified leads to the internal sales team for further discussions and closures.
- Maintain daily visit reports and lead tracking records.
- Build relationships with site supervisors, contractors, project managers, and procurement teams.
- Conduct market surveys and share competitor activity updates with management.
- Ensure regular follow-ups with interested clients.
Requirements
- Prior field sales experience in construction, building material, scaffolding, hardware, or industrial products preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Mumbai routes and construction markets.
- Comfortable with extensive traveling and outdoor work.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
- Basic understanding of sales and lead generation.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
