Job Summary
Mannol India is looking for an experienced and energetic Telecaller to support our sales team by generating leads, following up with customers, and promoting our premium lubricant products. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the automobile or lubricant industry and must be fluent in Hindi for effective communication with customers across North India.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to distributors, retailers, workshops, garages, and potential customers.
- Promote Mannol lubricant products and explain product features and benefits.
- Generate new sales leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
- Maintain accurate customer records and daily call reports.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely customer support.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in the automobile or lubricant sector (Mandatory).
- Fluency in Hindi (Mandatory).
- Basic English communication is preferred.
- Good knowledge of automotive lubricants, spare parts, or automobile products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM preferred).
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Qualification
- Any Graduate or Diploma.
- Candidates with experience in lubricant, automotive, or spare parts companies will be given preference.
