Key Responsibilities-
- Prepare and present Continental dishes as per recipe standards.
- Handle mise-en-place and section preparation efficiently.
- Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
- Assist in menu development and seasonal specials.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per FSSAI standards.
- Monitor stock levels and inform seniors about shortages.
- Reduce wastage and follow food cost control practices.
- Coordinate with service staff for smooth order execution.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine.
- Experience in grills, sauces, pasta, steaks, burgers, and platters.
- Understanding of kitchen SOPs and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
- Good team coordination and communication skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
