Job Summary
Chaizup Consumer Products Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Purchase & Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end purchase, procurement, vendor coordination, inventory movement, transportation, and logistics operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely availability of materials, smooth movement of goods, cost-effective procurement, and accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day purchase and procurement activities for raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and other business requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with existing and new vendors.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain proper purchase records.
- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery and resolve issues related to quality, quantity, pricing, and delivery.
- Coordinate the inward and outward movement of materials and finished goods.
- Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement, loading, unloading, dispatch, and delivery schedules.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to warehouses, customers, distributors, or other locations.
- Coordinate closely with Purchase, Warehouse, Production, Sales, Accounts, and Transporters for smooth operations.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate procurement based on production and operational requirements.
- Verify purchase invoices, delivery challans, transport documents, and other relevant documentation.
- Maintain purchase, vendor, logistics, dispatch, and inventory MIS reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates in ERP/software systems.
- Monitor transportation and logistics expenses and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Maintain proper vendor and transporter records and regularly evaluate their performance.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures related to purchase, logistics, documentation, and inventory movement.
- Support management with procurement and logistics-related reports, analysis, and updates.
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
