Position: Customer Support Representative (International Non-Voice Process)
Location: Serampore, Hooghly
Key Responsibilities:
Good written English communication
Experience in customer support, customer service, email support, chat support, e-commerce support, or international non-voice processes
Knowledge of Zendesk, eDesk, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or eBay Seller Hub is preferred. Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
