Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations at our Khed Shivapur, Pune facility. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in mass manufacturing, shopfloor management, production planning, process improvement, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete manufacturing operations and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards.
- Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Optimize manpower, materials, and machine utilization.
- Monitor production performance and ensure timely customer deliveries.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives.
- Reduce wastage, improve productivity, and enhance process efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop production teams.
- Promote a culture of safety, discipline, and continuous improvement.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Production, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
- 10–15 years of experience in Capacitor, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Components Manufacturing (Mass Manufacturing preferred).
- Strong experience in production planning and shopfloor management.
- Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
