Job Title: MEP Draftsman
Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing, modifying, and coordinating MEP drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD/BIM software. Ensures drawings comply with project specifications, engineering standards, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare MEP shop drawings, layout drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Create HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection system drawings.
- Coordinate with MEP engineers, architects, and project managers.
- Revise drawings based on design changes and site conditions.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and relevant standards.
- Maintain drawing revisions and documentation.
- Support site teams by providing updated drawings and resolving drawing-related issues.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit MEP/BIM is an advantage.
- Good understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an MEP Draftsman in construction or MEP contracting companies.
- Experience with commercial, residential, and industrial projects is preferred.
Pay: ₹10,018.76 - ₹37,981.70 per month
