Job Description:
ARKCA Corporate Solutions is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads by calling potential customers from the database and handling after-sales service when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads from the provided database.
- Explain the company’s products/services and persuade customers to show interest.
- Maintain a strong follow-up with prospective clients to convert leads into sales.
- Provide after-sales support to customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Skills Required:
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven attitude.
