What You'll Be Doing
Editing high-quality videos for Instagram, YouTube, digital campaigns, ads, and branded content
Transforming raw footage into engaging stories with strong pacing and storytelling
Adding motion graphics, text, sound design, and visual effects where needed
Collaborating closely with creative, design, and strategy teams
Bringing creative ideas and perspectives to every project
Managing multiple projects in a fast-moving agency environment
Staying updated with content trends, formats, and platform best practices
AI & Future-Ready Skillset
Hands-on experience with AI video tools and workflows
Ability to create end-to-end AI-generated video content
Understanding of integrating AI into editing processes for speed and scalability
Familiarity with AI tools for video, images, voice generation, and automation
Experience with prompt workflows, custom GPTs, or AI-assisted creative processes is a plus
What We're Looking For
Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
3–5 years of professional video editing experience
Excellent storytelling, pacing, and visual editing skills
Understanding of social media content formats and audience behaviour
Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality
Strong sense of music, timing, and sound design
Ownership mindset, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
Bonus: Experience in motion graphics, colour grading, or agency environments
