We're Hiring – Business Head (Pan India)
Are you a dynamic business leader with a proven track record of driving growth and building successful FMCG businesses? We are looking for an experienced Business Head to lead and manage our overall business operations from our Headquarters in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
Key Requirements:
- 20+ years of experience in the FMCG industry, including senior leadership roles.
- Experience with reputed FMCG companies such as Dabur, Nestlé, Hindustan Unilever (HUL), ITC, Marico, Britannia, Parle, or similar organizations.
- Experience in the Spices/Food industry will be an added advantage.
- Proven ability to lead and manage overall business operations, including Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Supply Chain, Business Development, and Profitability.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills with a track record of driving sustainable business growth.
- Experience in expanding distribution networks, increasing market share, launching new products, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, revenue growth, cost optimization, and achieving business objectives.
- Ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams across multiple regions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
