Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct laboratory experiments to optimize enzymatic hemp fiber extraction processes.
- Analyze process parameters such as pH, temperature, agitation speed, and reaction conditions.
- Prepare and maintain detailed laboratory reports and documentation.
- Assist in the selection of process equipment, chemicals, and enzymes.
- Support laboratory operations and experimental setup.
- Participate in process scale-up activities from lab to pilot and commercial production.
- Provide operational support during commercial implementation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Laboratory experience gained through university projects, internships, or industry exposure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to document and interpret experimental results.
- Interest in process development, scale-up, and sustainable technologies.
- Freshers with relevant lab experience and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
