Position Title: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager / Senior Manager – Luxury Real Estate Sales

Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead sales initiatives for luxury real estate projects associated with premium A-grade developers.
Engage and build relationships with affluent clientele including UHNIs and corporate investors.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations with strategic intent and client-centric approach.
Collaborate with internal marketing teams to generate high-intent leads and convert them efficiently.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends, project developments, and
competitor analysis.
Negotiate and close high-value transactions while ensuring compliance with legal and
regulatory frameworks.
Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team-based sales targets.
Represent the organization at client meetings, property expos, and high-profile networking events.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline.
2 to 7+ years of progressive experience in real estate sales, particularly in the luxury or premium segment.
Demonstrated experience in handling end-to-end sales cycles, particularly in high involvement property transactions.
Strong network of potential buyers and existing relationships within the luxury real estate ecosystem will be preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
High levels of motivation, entrepreneurial mindset, and a performance-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel across locations based on client and project requirements.
