Job Description:
Job Title: PLC Programmer
Industry: Automation / Special Purpose Machines
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, modify, and maintain PLC programs using Siemens TIA Portal / STEP 7 (S7-1200, S7-1500, S7-300, S7-400) & Mitsubishi GX Works2/GX Works3 (FX Series, Q Series, iQ-R/iQ-F).
- Design and configure HMI/SCADA systems using WinCC / WinCC Flexible.
- Perform system integration, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Support machine commissioning, installation, and startup activities.
- Coordinate with electrical & mechanical teams for project execution.
- Prepare technical documentation (FDS, manuals, wiring details).
- Ensure compliance with safety and industrial standards.
- Provide training and technical support to operators and technicians.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / BE in Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Siemens & Mitsubishi PLC programming & Mitsubishi PLC Programming (GX Works2/GX Works3).
- Knowledge of HMI/SCADA and industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Ethernet/IP, CC-Link).
- Experience with Allen Bradley / Delta PLC will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
