Assistant Professor in BBA Department
St. Francis College invites applications from dynamic and passionate educators for the post of Assistant Professor in the BBA Department. The ideal candidate must possess strong academic credentials and be ready for immediate joining. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering undergraduate courses in the BBA Department specially Income Tax and other practical papers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging lectures in the assigned subjects
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, internal assessments, and evaluation tools
- Guide and mentor students academically and professionally
- Contribute to curriculum development and departmental activities
- Participate in student-centered initiatives and college events
- Maintain academic and administrative records as per college norms
Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree (MBA / M.Com) from a recognized university
- UGC-NET/Ph.D. preferred
- Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate level is an advantage
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
