We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads, prospecting into US and European markets, executing multi-channel outbound campaigns, and booking meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build targeted prospect lists using Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Clay, and similar platforms.
- Execute personalized outreach through email and LinkedIn.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Schedule qualified discovery calls and demos for the sales team.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT and automation platforms to improve prospecting and outreach.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach performance.
- Monitor key metrics, including emails sent, response rates, meetings booked, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to support demand generation campaigns.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or outbound B2B sales.
- Experience selling to US and/or European markets.
- Hands-on experience with Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, or Clay.
- Strong written communication and cold outreach skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and automation platforms like n8n or Make is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work on-site from Goregaon, Mumbai.
