Job Purpose
- Senior Manager responsible for client account management, project delivery, and business growth, balancing ongoing project delivery with customer relationship management to identify new opportunities.
Job Description / Duties and Responsibilities
- Completely manage client account balancing project delivery and customer relationship for new project identification
- Coordinate client interactions for product requirement grooming, detailing, development, testing, rollout and release
- Manage product development in Web/Mobile technologies with engineering practices (CI/CD, DevOps, Automated Testing)
- Go into functional/technical details and motivate core team in design/solutioning phases
- Handle end-to-end project delivery in Agile Methodology with product grooming and ceremonies
- Apply project management skills (Estimation, Scheduling, Tracking, Commercials, Quality)
- Manage teams of 20+ in global delivery model
- Lead Agile teams anchoring ceremonies (grooming, sprint planning, retro, demo)
- Enable team member competency development and professional growth
- Understand modern web/mobile application development and technology architecture
- Own delivery and pre-sales in client account
- Manage stakeholder engagement for deliverables, account management, and strategic growth
- Work in global delivery model with offshore teams
- Own functional, technical, and commercial project quality
- Analyze business problems and suggest solutions
- Serve as servant leader building team confidence
- Build customer confidence through detailing and business value additions
- Conduct status meetings and communicate threats/actions to stakeholders
- Negotiate scope changes and change requests
- Study client business for digital transformation opportunities
- Facilitate product grooming, sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives
- Track project schedules and identify threats/delays
- Manage project commercials including revenue and margins
- Ensure timely invoicing and deliverable quality
- Develop new opportunities with sales and account leadership
- Prepare project proposals with BA and architects

- Expertise in product development and handling
- Excellent client account/relationship management and negotiation skills
- Experience leading large implementations with mobile/web development
- Agile Project Management skills (ceremonies, grooming, estimation, tracking)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Passionate about detailing and analytics
- Project delivery expertise and stakeholder relationship management
- 12+ years total experience (8+ years relevant)
Any Additional Information/Specifics
- Transportation domain experience (good to have)
- Quality assurance and production support experience
- Thrives in dynamic environment with proactive communication
- Willingness to travel to client sites (1 week to 1 month)
