The Safety Officer is responsible for ensuring
Regular site inspections,
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and corrective action plan,
Monitor contractor and subcontractor safety compliance.
The role involves implementing safety policies, conducting inspections, and providing safety training to employees.
Conduct and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with local, national, and company safety regulations.
Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training programs.
Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and training.
Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment.
Coordinate with management and employees on safety matters.
Support emergency preparedness and response plans
Perform regular site inspections to identify hazards
Have to visit site regularly and to the clients also
Qualifications & Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering Degree Required
- BSC Degree Required
- Certified Safety Officer / ADIS FROM GOV RECO UNIVERSITY / NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent certification (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HSE laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and incident investigations.
- Good communication and training skills.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
THE PERSON HAS TO WORK ON SITE ONLY. NO OFFICE JOB.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
